Description of Quality Control/Technical Support Department
Herofun quality control team follows the ISO 9001 quality system, focusing on product R&D, manufacture and after-sales process control and management, with the expectation to offer the best quality product and service.
Quality Control Procedures
QE starts work in the R&D work stage to ensure the design complies with client and project requests. SQE is in charge of raw material quality control in the purchasing stage. PQE sticks on line during the whole production at the site and makes sure production complies with SOP and quality targets. OQC will inspect the cargo before shipment as per AQL standards and ensure the lowest defective rate and highest quality product delivery from our factory.
